Product Prices
We reserve the right to adjust prices in the online shop, change prices, correct incorrect prices of products and orders, and handle final sales as needed. In the case of a wrongly stated price, WatchArtCreations may cancel the purchase and issue a refund in the most appropriate manner. Such corrections and cancellations can be made at any time.

Return of a Product
The user has the right to return their order within 21 days of receipt, provided that the product is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received. This return policy is provided to give you the best possible security. WatchArtCreations accepts returns only if the product follows our return guidelines; if this is NOT the case, you may incur additional costs for any damage. Therefore, we ask that you check the product for damage upon receipt and report any issues to us.

Return Procedure
If you wish to initiate a return, please contact WatchArtCreations to obtain all relevant information. We do NOT offer free returns. You must bear the cost of the return. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt so that we can find a quick solution.

Cancellation of a Product
If you have ordered a product, you can cancel it within 14 days. In the event of a cancellation, you are required to return the product to WatchArtCreations upon receipt, and additional costs may apply, which you as the customer must pay. The cancellation of the product is only valid when a confirmation email is received from WatchArtCreations. Until there is a confirmation, the cancellation is NOT valid.

Damaged Product Upon Receipt
If you find that your product was damaged during shipping, please report it to us as soon as possible to avoid issues. WatchArtCreations carefully inspects each product to rule out intentional damage or destruction. If there is suspicion of intentional damage, we will NOT cover repair costs nor offer a refund. If the product was willfully damaged or destroyed, you will be responsible for the costs. If the product was damaged during shipping, this will be handled with the shipping company, as WatchArtCreations is NOT at fault in this case. WatchArtCreations assumes NO liability for willful destruction or damage.

Handling Damaged Products
If you return a damaged product, you should handle the product as carefully as if it were NOT damaged to avoid possible problems. To achieve this, you should sufficiently protect the product.

Damaged Product During Shipping to WatchArtCreations
If the product is damaged during shipping to WatchArtCreations, the product will be inspected for packaging. If the product was NOT properly packaged by you, you must bear the cost of the product. WatchArtCreations assumes NO liability for improper packaging of the product.

Product Reported as Damaged but Shows No Damage
If, upon receipt of the returned product, we find no defects or damages, further actions such as a case-by-case review will be taken. We reserve the right to adjust these measures accordingly, which means that NOT every product will be inspected in the same way.

Responsibility for Returns
WatchArtCreations assumes responsibility for the returned product only once the product has been picked up and scanned by the shipping company. If something happens before the product is scanned, WatchArtCreations assumes NO responsibility.

Exchange Policy
WatchArtCreations reserves the right to replace defective goods that cannot be repaired with the same model. If it cannot be replaced, you will be compensated accordingly. The compensation will be the price of the watch at the time of purchase. WatchArtCreations does NOT exchange watches for other watches.

Pricing

WatchArtCreations acquires the parts needed for modifications from the website 'SKXMOD'. We do NOT manufacture our own parts. If you have issues with the appearance of the parts, please contact 'SKXMOD' and NOT us.

WatchArtCreations does NOT sell finished products (e.g., watches) that are manufactured or assembled by other companies.
Instead, WatchArtCreations offers products (e.g., watches) that may consist of a combination of various official and unofficial parts.

Homage or Similar Products
WatchArtCreations offers watches that may resemble other watches. Please carefully check before purchase to ensure the product meets your expectations. It is important that you know exactly which product you intend to buy to avoid misunderstandings. Please note that WatchArtCreations is NOT liable if you receive a different watch than expected because you mistakenly assumed it was a different watch.
