Are you selling replicas of famous watches?

No, we offer Homage watches. While they may resemble iconic timepieces at first glance, they are not replicas. Our Homage watches pay tribute to classic designs with their own unique twist, ensuring originality and quality.

Are you selling real Watches like from Seiko?

No, we do not sell watches manufactured by Seiko or any other brand. Our watches are custom-built, made from a combination of official and unofficial parts sourced from various companies and private sellers.

Can you make me a custom Watch?

Currently we don't accept custom requests. We are sorry if no watch is meeting your expectations.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, we offer a 21-day refund period. However, the cost of returning the item will be your responsibility.

I received a damaged Watch?

If your watch arrived damaged, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving it so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the 7-day window has passed, you can still reach out to us, but please note that we may not be able to accept your refund request. Additionally, if we suspect that the damage was intentional or part of a fraudulent claim, we reserve the right to deny any refunds or repairs at our expense.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes we offer discounts but for special occasions only.

These special occasions are as followed:

       - New watch collection added

       - Special sale (example: black friday)

       - When you reach a specific purchase value you MAY get a discount

       - When you subscribe to our newsletter (One time 5€ discount code)

These occasions are not the only ones, we have many more but these are the most important ones.

Will you restock watches which are sold out?

Yes we do restock watches if we think that it is profitable. Sometimes we will not restock a watch in this case you can contact us and ask us about the watch availability.

Are the photos real?

Yes we make our photos with the real watches. There are no renders (models) or any other digital represenations of our watches in the shop.

Why would I buy a watch from you?

You can freely choose if you want to buy a watch from us but the reason why you maybe want to buy a watch is because we offer premium quality watches with a custom design and also a very friendly customer support.

From who / where do you get your watch parts?

We can't directly say from who we get our custom parts but we have special suppliers which are very trustfull and offer premium quality for a fair price.
