Instructions for Watches with the Seiko NH35 Movement

Setting the Time:

Pull the crown to the second position (fully extended).

Turn the crown to set the desired time.

3. Push the crown back to its original position.

Setting the Date:

Pull the crown to the first position (one step out).

Turn the crown counterclockwise to adjust the date.

Push the crown back to its original position.

Manual Winding:

In the neutral position (position 0), rotate the crown clockwise approximately 20–30 times to wind the movement fully.

Important Notes:

Do not adjust the date between **9:00 PM and 4:00 AM, as this may damage** the movement.

If the watch features a screw-down crown, ensure you unscrew it by turning counterclockwise before making any adjustments, and screw it back in securely afterward.
